The renewable energy sector as a young branch of the industry has a great potential which we help our Clients develop, among them leading global and domestic energy companies investing in wind energy. Moreover, BCLA collaborates with two large development groups operating on the Polish market in preparing wind and photovoltaic farms.

Since the onset of wind energy development in Poland; for more than seven years now, BCLA lawyers provide comprehensive legal services with respect to realisation of investments in the wind and photovoltaic energy sector, taking into consideration their characteristics and specifics. Given the fact that they are long-term projects, we support our Clients throughout the process, in particular exerting every effort with a view to enabling them to accomplish their objectives related to investments in the RES sector.

BCLA provide legal services at every stage of development, from obtaining a legal title to the real estate through administrative proceedings aimed at issuance of the environmental decisions, adoption of local land development plans, through obtaining zoning decisions as well as building permits.
