Justyna Mironiuk
AdvocateShe graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Catholic University of Lublin, as well as postgraduate studies in mediation, negotiation and arbitration. She participates in training sessions under the auspices of the Polish Mediation Centre in the field of judicial mediation and ADR.
She completed her attorney training at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. From 2019 a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.

Justyna Mironiuk has been working in the Law Office since 2021. Before joining the BCLA, she gained experience in companies specializing in debt management, including leading the work of the enforcement proceedings team and providing legal services to the company.
She specializes in litigation in the field of civil law and in pre-trial consultancy. She also supports the Law Office team in criminal and administrative proceedings. She is also interested in bankruptcy law and actively participates in the proceedings within this scope.
