Agata Maćkowiak
Advocate, PartnerAdvocate Agata Maćkowiak graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and completed her legal training at the District Bar Council in Warsaw with honors. She is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.
In her free time she intrested in film and contemporary art.

Agata specializes in corporate law and commercial transactions. Her area of interest also includes securities law, with particular focus on bond issues.
She has experience in legal advisory for commercial law companies, their shareholders and sole proprietorships. In her current practice, she has participated in numerous debt financing, share deal and asset deal transactions, as well as in transformation and restructuring processes of commercial law companies. She provides legal assistance and coordinates the Law Firm’s team in the area of day-to-day services for commercial law companies. She conducts due diligence of business entities.
