AdvocateAdvocate Jakub Suchoń graduated in 2015 with a unified master’s degree in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Opole, and is currently a member of the Warsaw Bar Association. Since 2010 he has been a member of the European Law Students’ Association ELSA Poland, in which he was a member of the National Board, and which he currently supports by conducting trainings for its members.
In his free time he is passionate about pop culture and popular science literature and tries to improve his culinary skills.

He joined to BCLA in 2019 while still a trainee attorney at law and is now an attorney at law. Throughout his career, he has specialized in those branches of civil and administrative law that best enable him to support clients in running their businesses – both in day-to-day matters and those requiring a more specialized approach.
He is particularly experienced in advising clients from the real estate sector, where he has conducted due diligence analyses, provided opinions on draft contracts and conducted proceedings before the authorities that control the construction process.
He also deals with gambling law in the area of handling the bookmaking market, copyright law and personal data protection.
