Paulina Petroniec-Bruens

Advocate Paulina Petroniec-Bruens graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. She is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association. She also studied law at the University of Tartu, Estonia and did her internship at a law firm in the district of The Hague, the Netherlands.

In her spare time she is passionate about long-distance hiking, having already walked trails in Scotland, Portugal and Menorca, among others. In 2021, she walked the 4,270 km Pacific Crest Trail in North America, which runs from the US-Mexico border to Canada.

Specializes in litigation, representing both entrepreneurs in commercial proceedings and natural persons in civil and criminal lawsuits, including proceedings conducted by the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau and Central Police Investigation Office. She also deals with comprehensive representation of the Client before state offices and enforcement authorities.

She also has experience in legal advisory in the scope of bankruptcy law and real estate sector, including due diligence analyses.  She prepares and negotiates various types of contracts and draws up legal opinions for the needs of day-to-day operations of commercial law companies. She is the author and co-author of articles concerning the scope of conducted activities published in professional portals.
