In his practice, he focuses on issues of commercial law. He provides comprehensive legal assistance with respect to ongoing services for commercial law companies and proceedings before the National Court Register. He also provides advisory services on the implementation of requirements arising from the AML Act, including those related to the Central Register of Beneficial Owners. 

He provides support and participates in commercial transactions, with particular emphasis on investment processes and M&A.

In addition, he develops his skills in civil law, sports law and gambling law.
