She gained her professional experience in state institutions and in one of the Warsaw law firms specializing in commercial real estate leasing and servicing Polish and foreign corporate clients.

In 2018 she graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. She is currently a member of the Business and Commercial Law Section and the Arbitration and Mediation Section of the District Bar Council in Warsaw, as well as a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.

She is interested in interior design.

Kinga Skonieczna specializes in broadly defined commercial law, with particular emphasis on corporate law and civil law.

She has experience in corporate and transactional consulting, also for foreign entrepreneurs. She participates in numerous projects related to the establishment, restructuring and liquidation of partnerships, companies, representative offices and branches, including changes in corporate structures and related registration processes. 

She is also involved in transactional projects, in particular those related to the acquisition and disposal of enterprises, their components, as well as shares and stocks in capital companies, at various stages, starting from due diligence analyses, through preparation of transaction documents and participation in negotiations, up to post-transaction support.
